Onsite
Service
When you request a DCP professional to
come to your location, you'll minimize downtime.
DCPs
professionals will assist you with networking, hardware,
software, and training issues. Many issues such as
network connectivity, and network printing can only be
solved onsite.
Onsite
Rates
Rates are based on urgency.
Standard
onsite: $65 per hour.
Priority onsite: $75 per hour.
Emergency onsite: $110 per hour.
All onsites have a
one-hour minimum. There is a $25 trip charge for onsite
service in Dane County.
For all other Southern Wisconsin or Northern
Illinois locations, add a travel charge of $47.50 per
hour. For other locations add transportation expenses
such as airline or train fare and lodging.
Shop Service
Many clients prefer
to bring their computers to the shop.
You'll pay a lower
hourly rate, and you are often billed for fewer hours
than for onsite.
Typical shop projects include:
Troubleshooting and Repair Hardware Upgrades Data
Recovery Operating System Upgrades Software Installation
Testing
If you are unable to carry your computer to our
shop, Dynamic Concepts Plus offers pickup and delivery
service. If you live outside of Southeastern Wisconsin,
you may ship your computer using UPS, FedEx, or other
commercial shipping methods.
