DESIGN
- Consultation: bring your idea in any form, and we talk it through.
- SolidWorks 3D models from a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate and Professional (CSWA/CSWP).
- 3D-printed test prototypes, revised until the design is ready for real prototypes.

BUILD
- Real, functional prototypes: CNC machining (quoted per project) or other methods that fit the part.
- Testing and refinement, round after round, until the product is ready for production.

- High-volume manufacturing sourcing: we help you find production suppliers.

Dan has been self-employed since 1994 and holds a business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM). He knows budgets, customers, and running a company firsthand.
Building Websites Since 1996
Dan has been building websites since 1996, so his website and marketing advice comes from 30 years of hands-on experience, not theory.
Certified Designer and Machinist
Dan is a CNC Programmer, Class A Tool Room Machinist, and Toolmaker, and he is a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA) and Professional (CSWP). Your models, drawings, and parts come from someone who has designed them and made them by hand.
