Dynamic Concepts Plus is a product development and web services business run by Dan Bye. It helps small businesses and product developers design parts, build prototypes, find production suppliers, and launch and maintain websites and online stores.

History

Dynamic Concepts Plus began in 1994 as a think tank: a place to bring problems and work out practical solutions. Dan has been self-employed ever since, and he has been building websites since 1996.

Dan’s training began in his father’s auto repair shops, and he has worked as a professional machinist since 1987. Decades of turning designs into finished parts on the shop floor inform every model he draws, so what he designs can be manufactured.

That combination of hands-on manufacturing experience and business ownership allows Dan to deliver the full path from idea to market: precise SOLIDWORKS models and manufacturing drawings, working prototypes built in DCP’s own prototype manufacturing facilities, vetted global suppliers for high-volume production, and a professional website that launches your business.

Today the work follows three steps: Design (consultation, SolidWorks 3D models, and 3D-printed test prototypes), Build (functional prototypes, CNC machining, testing, and refinement), and Launch (production sourcing, websites and online stores, hosting & care plans, SEO, and online advertising). Small businesses that only need a website, hosting, or an online store are always welcome.

Every project starts with the problem you need to solve. Dan works with you directly, from the first conversation through design, build, and launch, with no hand-offs.

Because Dan has run his own business since 1994 and holds a business administration degree, he looks at each project the way an owner would, with your budget and your customers in mind. His design, website, and marketing advice comes from that experience.
